1. What exactly is 123 Support I.T.'s Remote Helper service?
    123 Support I.T.'s Remote Helper service consists of a small file that someone in need of support downloads to their computer. The small file contains instructions on how to connect back to 123 Support I.T.'s data center. We are then able to control your computer as if we were sitting directly in your establishment in front of your computer.

2. The company I work for has sensitive patient information and other confidential information, can I still use 123 Support I.T.?
    Yes. 123 Support I.T.'s service uses 128-bit RC4 encryption to ensure that only you and 123 Support I.T. see what is going on. Our service is started by you, the client, and only runs when you run it for support. Nothing is installed on your computer and nothing is changed.

3. I'm not located in Greenville, NC, actually I'm no where near there. I'm in another state. Can I still use 123 Support I.T.?
    Yes. 123 Support I.T. specializes in remote support scenarios and has the experience to solve 98%* of all computer problems remotely. We welcome out of state interests and will gladly support you.

4. What are the requirements for 123 Support I.T.'s Remote Service? In-state and out of state.
     The only requirements for 123 Support I.T. to support your computer needs are a version of Windows (98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, 2003) and high speed internet. Modem users are welcome, but please understand that service times will be longer, due to the modem being slower than high speed internet. Out of state clients must also have a credit card for payment when the problem has been fixed since 123 Support I.T. may never actually meet you face to face.

5. How do I request assistance and how much does it cost?
    Simply use Support I.T's contact form to request assistance and our remote rates are $45/hr. When the phone call begins 123 Support I.T. will give an estimate of price once the problem has been explained to 123 Support I.T. Most can be solved in under 1 hour and 123 Support I.T. only charges when work is being done. So when that virus scan lasts for 2 hours but we only actually performs actions for 1 hour, you only pay for 1 hour.

*123 Support I.T. is unable to remotely repair problems on your computer if you don't have a connection to the Internet (we will try to fix this over the phone) or you have a hardware failure. Hardware failures actually require physical access to the computer and an onsite call needs to be scheduled.
